BASS: BS1 Records resumes DNB production with Kubiks

After ceasing production for nearly a year and a half, Davide Carbone’s BS1 Records announced that it is kicking off "a new look, tougher sounding BS1 Records" with the involvement of longtime Drum 'N' Bass producer Kubiks. First up from the new BS1 stable is a 12" vinyl release from Kubik with "Mindreader," remixed by one of the leading producers this year, Heist, and backed with a B side track "No Return."

A prolific producer and owner of Rubiks Records, Kubiks is joining forces with Davide Carbone to release brand new tracks to go with the UK record label’s impressive back catalogue, which includes some of DNB’s biggest names like TC, Distorted Minds, Decoder, and Kubiks & Lomax.

BS1 Records was established in Bristol, England, in 2000 and has since relocated to London. This latest record is expected to hit stores worldwide during December, and is also available at the BS1 Records website. Also, BS1 just launched its hefty backlist on beatport.com.
