Jon Clinch hits the road again, ALA Notable Book ‘Finn’ goes paperback
Author Jon Clinch
said that the trade paperback edition of his highly-touted debut novel
"Finn" (Random House), a mythic story about iconic literary character
Huckleberry Finn’s father, is slated for release on March 11. Jon kicks
off a nationawide book tour tonight in Oregon to support the paperback
release with the following dates and locations.

Separately, the American Library Association (ALA), which recently
compiled its year 2008 list of outstanding books for the general
reader, included Finn among its fiction titles. The ALA said it chose
the titles "for their significant contribution to the expansion of
knowledge and for the pleasure they can provide to adult readers."
